Your video captured something most people never see: the industrial glue application machine and the curing oven behind it.

This part matters more than any other step — a canvas with uneven glue will drop drills no matter how good the rest is.

DYC uses SGS-certified, non-toxic, low-odor adhesive, applied evenly with industrial coating boards. After coating, the canvas goes into a 60–80°C curing oven for around an hour — this stabilizes the glue and increases long-term adhesion.

6. 24-Facet 2.7mm Drills + 50% Extra Supply

7. Visual Testing & Alignment Checks
